Marooned in Fairfield
After our recent success at Altona Theatre we are bringing this fabulous play to Fairfield. “Marooned” written by Michael Gray Griffith and Produced by Rohana Hayes was first produced in 2017 by The Wolves Theatre Company following the suicide of a friend. The play has been highlighted by audiences as a “must see”
It was taken into the regional towns where it was used as a healthy tool for their communities. We performed for the Australian Army whose psychologist described it as a revolution in suicide prevention.
Marooned is an honest, and raw insight into the realities of the Australian experience, ‘Marooned’ explores the stories of four individuals trapped in the waiting room for the afterlife. Marooned utilises a blend of humour and compassion to tackle heartfelt and often powerful conversations about life and death.

“Last week I exposed on social media how pro-abortion Labor MP Aaron Harper and the committee in charge of the inquiry had cancelled the oral hearing scheduled for 10 June.
His office was then bombarded by over 2000 emails by concerned Queenslanders and now the hearing has been rescheduled for 19 August.
This is a small victory but an important one.
It means we will be able to shine a spotlight on the horrific plight of Queensland newborns born alive after an abortion and the trauma inflicted on midwives and nurses.
Queenslanders overwhelmingly support MP Robbie Katter’s new bill giving protection to babies born alive after an abortion.
Of the 622 submissions, 98% support the Bill and submissions by the Australian College of Midwives and Australian of Nurses exposed that this is a very real challenge that they face in their work.”
