The Allan Labor Government is introducing a Treaty with Indigenous Victorians.

it will:

create a separate system of government for Victoria’s indigenous community.
create a separate system of laws .
formally differentiate between Indigenous Victorians and the rest

The English translation of the main new body is “Tip of the Spear” (Gellung Warl).

This Treaty is the first of many treaties and will conservatively cost around $2.5 to $3 billion over the next decade I’m seeking your feedback
